The Okanagan Valley is an anomaly of the Canadian landscape. It is in fact the northernmost extension of the Sonora desert. Bordered by mountains, and host to some magnificent lakes, the Okanagan Valley is extremely fertile - and a perfect location for our family to have cultivated cherries for so many decades.
